How will I know that my battery order has been confirmed by V4 Batteries?
The moment you place your order and complete the payment, you will receive a call from our verification team. We will confirm the product, shipping address, and your availability. After the call, you’ll get an SMS & email with the order summary, order ID, and estimated delivery time – this confirms your order is accepted.
Will there be any hidden charges like Service Tax?
No hidden charges. The price you see or that we quote is the final price – inclusive of GST and everything else. You pay exactly what is shown.
Can I choose a delivery time that suits me?
Yes! During the verification call, simply tell us your preferred time slot. We deliver within 2–4 hours in any city limits for orders confirmed before 5 PM. We always try to match your requested time, though slight delays can happen due to traffic/weather. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed for orders confirmed after 5 PM.
Will I receive a fully charged battery?
Yes – every battery delivered by V4 Batteries is 100% charged, tested, and ready to use right after installation.
How much will be deducted if I cancel or return the battery?
If the order is cancelled by the customer or the battery is found working perfectly, a minimum service charge of ₹350 applies.
When do service charges apply at V4 Batteries?
- Car still doesn’t start after new battery (possible starter/alternator issue) → ₹350
- Delivery requested before 8:30 AM or after 8:30 PM → ₹300 extra (confirm on WhatsApp first)
- Delivery beyond 22–25 km from city Limit → extra charge (confirm on WhatsApp first)
When is extra payment gateway charge applicable?
- Visa/MasterCard Credit Card → 2% + GST extra
- American Express → 3% + GST extra (No extra charge on UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery)

Who handles warranty & after-sales service?
